Refund policy

For any problem with your order contact us at PlantTechOrganics@hotmail.com to discuss a remedy.

  • Damages and issues 
    Please inspect your order the day of delivery, contact us immediately (immediately means time of delivery according to the if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. THIS STEP IS A MUST.
  • It is essential to photograph every box and or pallet you receive regardless of the condition of the boxes or pallets. The damaged shipment must be reported with photographs and/or video immediately. 

  • Your shipment is NOT permitted to be in your receiving warehouse unreported, where it can potentially sustain damage unrelated to AllResults.com original transport. 

  • It is essential that damaged goods are reported instantly.
    If the buyer has not arranged adequate receiving arrangements and your off loading team allows the goods to go unreported for damage Plant Tech Organics, llc. will not be liable for damage reported after the delivery trucks have left the warehouse. Please remember that receiving documents are signed by your receiving team, scanned into the system and time stamped.
